ORF: DIBELS Oral Reading Fluency can be found in the Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills — 6th Edition (DIBELS-6) assessment. With this oral comprehension assessment, the student must read aloud as much of a passage of text as possible in one minute. After the student is finished reading aloud, the student must also describe or retell the content of the passage of text.
